It is from raw story that is all the evidence one needs.

Then again the far left will often resort to these tactics.

This piece of fucking shit thread stays in the most popular Board at USMB but PROOF that that a School Shooter in Colorado was a socialist and anti-gun gets booted to the kiddie table?

What.
The.
Fuck.

Over

Like everything else libs try to run, the boards been going straight downhill the more diverse and inclusive the mods become. BL and Dean need their own rubber room subforum

What makes you feel seven dead children are something to just throw in the trash and ignore? It's disgusting that you would rather suck the dookie of your masters than support keeping children alive. How demented are you? :cuckoo:

Lol...like I said, let no dead child go unused. What scumbag. Every time a baby dies, a progressive gets a woody.

Your OP is a lie. Because you can't slash funding from a non existent program. It's a no brainer.

But if one wants to be a propagandist one throws out a thread title like that.

I guess you're too fucking ignorant to know that you could spend 100 trillion dollars on every child in this country and you won't save one of them, life is a terminal condition and the only absolute fact of life is it will be followed by death. So grow the fuck up and realize we can only do the best we can with what we got, within reason and leave the rest to God, karma or what ever floats your boat.

That's the GOP way, screw the kids, the rich need it more! :cuckoo:

A plan to put shelters in schools after seven children died in 2013 from a series of devastating tornadoes has been scrapped because Republican leaders are pushing for corporate tax cuts instead.

The Associated Press reported on Monday that Gov. Mary Fallin (R) and other lawmakers have called to eliminate a so-called franchise tax that forces corporations to pay $1.25 for every $1,000 invested in the state.

The tax had been temporarily suspended in 2010, but Democratic state Rep. Joe Dorman had called on using the $40 million annual revenue it would generate to fund the tornado shelters.

Why must everything be funded at the federal level?

totally dishonest thread title. one guy talked about possibly using the money for the shelters, but it was never a given and if they want the shelters, they can use other revenue.

are there any honest libs on this board?

Well, this one isn't or he/she didn't bother to read the link.

The libs are forever trying to convince people that Republicans like to let people starve, breath dirty air, drink dirty water and they often throw the elderly over cliffs after feeding them dog food.

The media didn't cover the real damage after the hurricanes on Obama's watch. People were without electricity and no money for months after the administration claimed the rescue efforts were a total success.

Precisely. These people are applauding tyranny the Founder's warned us against...but then NONE of these Statist/Leftists care a wit of their own Liberty.

Well, see, that's cuz pubs/potties are always wanting to starve people, especially children, vets, handicapped, the elderly.

I've never heard of pub/potties throwing them over cliffs though. Setting them adrift on ice floes? Yep.

And, dog food? Nope. Too expensive for poor people.

The motto of the pub/potties is "Let them eat (imaginary) cake".

Precisely. These people are applauding tyranny the Founder's warned us against...but then NONE of these Statist/Leftists care a wit of their own Liberty.

The only far lefties that care about their own liberty are those who intend to rule the country and those who believe they will receive special favors for supporting the leaders. No tyrant ever ceded his own freedom, liberty or wealth. They preach that others must give those things up for the greater good, but leaders are not included when it comes to sacrificing. Somehow, they see themselves as above others, more important, and they would never lump themselves in with the rest of the population. It's narcissism in it's purest form.

Of course, a good percent of the population realizes that they are being belittled and preyed upon in order for the tyrant to bring about the change, so they fight. We're already in a battle for the country. What we see now with some in the media has been done before. Controlling all information is vital. Making people believe that what they are doing is for their own good is key. That is why Obama pretended to care more about the hurricane victims than Bush did. Never mind that the leaders of the states had more to do with things than the federal government. The media dutifully impugned Bush and turned a blind eye when victims continued to suffer under Obama. Had they covered both incidents honestly, we would know that the rescue and relief efforts take time and that when the local authorities drop the ball, it makes for an even longer recovery. Of course, when people know nothing but waiting for government, it makes things even more difficult.

Now, they are sticking with the narrative that Republicans don't care about people, so that meant stretching the truth till it broke and passing it off as news. It isn't really about disaster efforts, it's about vilifying the party that still believes in what our forefathers started building. Virtually every issue is twisted to make the far left look like the benevolent party, but in reality, they hurt people more. The leaders know that. Only the sheeple remain benighted to the fact that no communist or socialist leader ever really helped the people. Only the leaders thrive while the rest suffer.
