Yeah....you want to keep your fantasies alive by focusing on the price of beef and ignoring everything else.Cheaper than when? Also less than nothing yo do with Trump.
Now hamburger meat and healthcare insurance and furniture, and electricity.
You people in Vermont are being played again by Democrats.I'm from Vermont, and this issue has us all on fire right now......~S~
So why isn't this reflected in inflation? What's the difference between "affordability" and inflation?Cheaper than when? Also less than nothing yo do with Trump.
Now hamburger meat and healthcare insurance and furniture, and electricity.
I dunno. Before Yellowstone the asking price for my parents house was $200kCollege towns like Missoula and Bozeman are an exception. These prices predate Yellowstone. My first attempt to buy real estate in MT followed a trip in 2000. I was impressed by the affordability. I returned five years later ready to buy only to find that I was priced out. I put the responsibility, like you, on CA. At that time celebrities like Mel Gibson were sucking up vast expanses of that beautiful state and probably the same for the current situation in ID.
I don't get what is happening in ID though. There are no jobs, no industry to speak of in north ID but the building industry is going gang busters building small starter homes and apartments. Where are these people coming from and where will they work. I'm seeing the same situations here that I saw with Clinton's sub prime loans that lead to the crash in '06. Where's the money coming from?
They're still too high.I think the price of goods is very affordable.
Cars, houses, electricity, tvs, coffeeYeah....you want to keep your fantasies alive by focusing on the price of beef and ignoring everything else.
The first president to double the price of gas was Jimmy Carter.Affordability has been an isdue for the past 40 years. Probably 50. Irrefutable. A sign of the nation.
Stop buying it and the price will automatically go down.Cars, houses, electricity, tvs, coffee
Its 2025.The first president to double the price of gas was Jimmy Carter.
Gas goes up according to big oil companies. When our citizens need it we still ship it away. The first president to double the price of gas was Jimmy Carter.

Affordability is a never ending issue. Every generation ever has had to deal with it. Things are no different today than they've ever been. People are just having to make different decisions. My generation didn't have $1K telephones that everyone seems to think they can't live without along with their extravagant telephone and data plans. LOL, these days, people spend more on communications---telephone, internet, television, the hardware for all of this, etc. than I earned when I purchased my first home. Another contributor was the idea that gov't intervention into the free market with sub-prime loans so that people making $7/hr were buying half million dollar homes. Of course they couldn't make the payments and they defaulted with the 06 crash as a result. Compound that with the lack of response by the gov't to restart the housing industry and here we are. It ain't rocket science and give away programs won't solve it. Americans need to reexamine what is important to them---nonstop telephone addiction or a place to stay. They can't have it all in their early years.Affordability has been an isdue for the past 40 years. Probably 50. Irrefutable. A sign of the nation.
