The Democratic Party's Pitch on "Affordability" is Steeped in Irony

So, you intentionally inflated the figure? in fact, you almost doubled it?

You do know Google works for that kind of information.

I was winging it. Again if I erred on the low side It would make it look like I was trying to bolster my position.

So, Trump has made everything unaffordable and dumocraps now want better affordability. The biggest states and cities with an affordability crisis happen to be blue strongholds. Who impacts affordability more, the POTUS or state governors and local mayors? What would happen if Trump tried to address affordability in NYC? The dumocraps would fight it tooth and nail and even try to assassinate him. I understand that dumocraps will believe anything MS NOW tells them, but Trump did not create the affordability crisis, dumocraps did. The reason things are so f'ing expensive in CA and NYC is that the corruption there has enormous costs. Economies of scale should apply, but for some reason per capita spending by the government is astronomical. If the dumocraps try to push this issue it will blow up in their faces just like all the other false narratives do.

Gator has mass degrees in the bestest of schools he says.

Notice he jumped onto the demand suite to justify California for example, completely ignoring high taxes, waste, crime and entitlements, which dont ring like demand to me..

Wish I was as smart as u, but I dropped out of elementary school, so I don't have view of the big picture that cost is the result of demand. Whoever heard of that anyway? Genius.

FU btw for sighting blue collar... end of day they know how to do shit while you say you're a paper pusher...take a guess which is more respectable and useful
You respect me more than I can thank you for…. Why else would you grant me a $30,000+ tax reduction by voting for Trump? My whole executive team are mostly liberal but they all appreciate the gift from all the blue collars! Bless you.

WTI sweet crude (US oil) has jumped to over $108 a barrel. That's about $40 higher than it was a little more than a week ago.

Prices are cost driven too.

Add a cost, a cost of government, and it makes things more expensive.

You Democrats who steal from the taxpayer want to lie about that truth.

Big government is a cost that hurts America's competitiveness and solvency.

Something that doesn't make sense to me.

Russia held on for a few year's or so into their war before prices started going up or the economic suffering began to hit them.

This thing hasn't gone on for more than two week's, and everything is going to hell ?
Something is not right.

California Democrats had their convention over the weekend with the primary theme being that of affordability. This is despite the fact many of their own policies are directly responsible for high costs of living, very much so in California. This irony was not lost on everyone in the media.

Trump's tariffs caused inflation on EVERYTHING.

Trump's war caused the price of oil to go up. The one thing he had going for him.

And now food is going to go up because of that dumb mother f'er

Fertilizer prices are spiking in early 2026, with nitrogen costs rising nearly 30% due to shipping disruptions in the Middle East. This surge, driven by the conflict with Iran, adds significant pressure on US farmers just before spring planting. Elevated costs for nitrogen, phosphorus, and potash threaten tighter profit margins and will raise consumer food prices

And guess what dipstick, if you would have worked hard and played your card's right, then you would be financially secure, and you could have actually participated in the helping of those poor Democratic seeking protesters in Iran, and this instead of you selfishly turning a blind eye away from 14,000 to who knows how many more thousands of those poor soul's that were or are still being murdered by their government for just wanting a better life and more freedoms in Iran. Are you really a sick tard dude ??

Such bullshit.

BTW, I have $20K burning a hole in my pocket. Do I buy a new Bronco 2 or just lease one and put the $20K into the market now that the market tanked?

20K ? 😆

You best stuff it in a jar and bury it your back yard goober. Then when cash is no good you can tell yourself "oh well I forgot where it was anyway"...

I really should be sending my guy $10k. Then I’ll just lease for hopefully $400 a month unless trump drives the prices and interest rates up? Again!
