Adam Schiff's Jig is Up! Woo Hippity Hoo!

NOWHERE in the statute does it state that a whistleblower identity is to remain hidden. NOWHERE

Get educated ffs. Really sucks ballz that idiots like you get to cancel my vote with your uninformed vote.
The law states the IG can not reveal them if the WB chooses to stay anonymous, with very few exceptions.
"THE IG CANNOT".

Full stop.

The IG has no authority to gag others.
what a useless and ridiculous law of protection if only the IG can't.... what kind of ''protection of anonymity'' is that....? How is others exposing it not intimidation and harassment towards the whistleblower?
There is no rule against intimidation or harrassment. Just ask any Republican.
Try asking any republican that's on the committee that wrote the whistleblower protection law on the books now.... they will tell you otherwise. It defeats the whole purpose of the law, if any congressman can expose a whistleblower.... there may not be a rule on it, but it is expected of them...
I'll only say this one time.

Protections of the act are from the government, supervisors, and political hacks. The people who wrote the act will say it means something different in any given situation.

If this had been a republican whistleblower outing a democrat, that person's name would have been on every front page and lead every news story not 10 days after the complaint was filed.

We are not Russia. We do not make accusations in secret and every person has the absolute right to face and know who their accuser is.

He's not an accuser, he's an anonymous tipper.... like any other person giving or calling in an anonymous tip. It's up to law enforcement to investigate the tip, see if they can find any witnesses to the tip or evidence that supports the tip.... And those first hand people would be who the defendant gets to question and face, and that evidence law enforcement finds is the evidence the defendant gets to question.... the person that calls the cops with a tip, because they think they've seen wrong doing is not part of the defendants trial.... if law enforcement decides to charge the person with a crime.

Well, it's great to know that the Republican Senate has already made up its mind, in a strictly partisan move, without so much as considering any evidence. That's what I like, open minds.
They don't see jack squat in the phone call................and it is known the whistle blower is a Dem wack job anyways...........

Schiff got caught already helping plot it.............For a set up attempt........the Dem party really sucks at it.

And ok.............away from your panties........lol..........nice response........lol
For about the billionth time, Schiff did not get "caught" helping to plot it or set it up. OMG. The whistleblower went to the committee staff because the whistleblower works in Washington for Washington and so he knows who would end up with this baby in the end. So he asked and they told him where to file it, which was not with them.
Schiff was not there. Schiff probably got told as an interesting fyi that it might be coming. The rest is pure made up baloney.

Still waiting on you to show where the ICIG or the intel committee, for that matter, has jurisdiction over presidential diplomatic phone calls.

Office of the Inspector General of the Intelligence Community’s Statement on Processing of Whistleblower Complaints (September 30, 2019)

It's his job.
They did the job by the book. Then looked into it. Found nothing from the call that was worthy of further investigation and case closed.

Yet the left is using a call that isn't showing a crime to launch a circus act, with the Shifty in the lead who had knowledge of it before it was even filed................Which is why he should e questioned in this process.

It is DOA in the Senate.
The ICIG looked in to the complaint, found first hand witnesses and evidence to support the complaint, and then determined the complaint was credible. If THE complaint was frivolous, it would have been dismissed by the ICIG....

Is there something you do not understand with this process or something you think I am missing??

The Articles of Impeachment:

1. Butthurt
2. Butthurt
3. Extreme Butthurt
4. Lethal Butthurt

This is what they have.

Incorrect.

This whistleblower has made false accusations and WILL be questioned.

What you're missing is what you've refused to address all along. The ICIG had zero authority to do anything on this matter. His authority is limited to areas that fall within the direct responsibility and authority of the DNI. That would not include diplomatic phone calls between two presidents. If anyone had the authority to review the call it would be the State Dept IG, but I think even that would be a stretch.

.

Sorry but no blower whistles hit and runs
No sanctity in invisibility, that was designed to prevent workplace retaliation and not to assist in a mythical witch hunt impeachment of the President.

The whistleblower alleged that Trump engaged in an extortion attempt of a foreign ally for his own personal benefit.....the 4 or 5 State Dept and White House officials with direct knowledge of the subject not only confirmed this, but they offered even more evidence of this extortion plot...

and not one single Trumper has refuted that so far -- instead they are whining about the whistle blower......these are the same people who time and time again tried to defend invading Iraq..time and time again claimed Iraq was behind 9/11, time and time again claimed Iraq had nukes......and they would call anyone who opposed them traitors for not believing their delusions....then when the dust settled, every last one of them pretended they were against going into Iraq all along.....the same will play out here...they will concede that Trump did pressure a foreign country for help but say its no big deal because everybody does it

Is that what you expect to happen when you keep pushing this point that the ICIG had no authority....
The cat is out of the bag. The point is moot. Officials who were directly involved are testifying and it is clear the whistleblower knew what he was talking about.
You can't put this back in the bag. You need to move on!

She's already conceded that neither the ICIG or intel committee have jurisdiction over the call. And what the DOJ says is irrelevant, their masters won't allow them to think for themselves.

.
My point is that they already looked into the call and found nothing worthy of further investigation.

Nothing there............So now the fishing trip by the Dems.

Wrong.

What is proves is the WB isn't a WB. He should testify not only to what he claims to have been told, but who told him and what, if any, ulterior motives he might have had. Along with who he spoke to in congress prior to filing his bogus WB report, what he was told by them on how to proceed and if they gave him advise on what lawyer to seek out ect. If we're going to investigate, let's investigate all aspects, not just what you commies want.

Hunter Biden should also testify on what he did for Burisma, other than just buy them access to the State Dept. His testimony could offer an insight as to why Trump was concerned when he spoke to Zelensky. Of course if Trumps concerns were in any way justified it would blow the commie narrative clean out of the water, wouldn't it?

.

That Tucker Carlson guy is one of the American television's biggest political propagandist hacks. He has no credibility and is one of the last people for referring anyone else to being a hack. His specialty is brainwashing and scamming dupes, suckers, and lemmings.
Sorry. Mr. Carlson uses honest sources and is very energetic when it comes to uncovering scams the Democrats create to seem important, but are actually fibbies, fibbies, and more fibbies. I think they gave up on covering for Joe Biden, though. he actually tattled the truth out loud on televised news. He was telling them how he pulled the fast one and got away with it. Tucker Carlson came forward with a phtotgraph of Biden and his son golfing with his Ukranian business partner. The photo was the real deal.

1) send Schiffs former own words to the O.C.E. about Whistleblower needing to be heard and testify behind closed doors even with the transcript he claimed did not make it redundant.
Along side his new claim not wanting to hear from the center of this whole imvestigation, because now he claims it's redundant, conveniently when GOP gets to out his affiliations and Schiffs timeline lies by questioning him.
The 2 side by side statements prove Achiff (freudian slip typo) is obstructing justice according to his own claims about holding back witness testimony. Which he's doing so, because it shows both he andvthe whistleblower have perjured themselves while filing false charges and testimony as well as Schiff abusing his position to harass political opponents and manipulate elections while destabilizing the nation affects foreign affairs.
2) use the questioning of allowed witnesses to sneak in questions and comments about witnesses they withold and call it "according to them", "hiding something" and "obstruction".
Especially get to ask under oath the law experts opinions on recusal for Adam sending a staff member to Ukraine paid by Barisma, thus conflict of interest protecting a wider scope of political corruption in that company including his own which is probably why the president is hinting mentioning Schiff's corruption.
