Adam Schiff's Jig is Up! Woo Hippity Hoo!

That Tucker Carlson guy is one of the American television's biggest political propagandist hacks. He has no credibility and is one of the last people for referring anyone else to being a hack. His specialty is brainwashing and scamming dupes, suckers, and lemmings.
Sorry. Mr. Carlson uses honest sources and is very energetic when it comes to uncovering scams the Democrats create to seem important, but are actually fibbies, fibbies, and more fibbies. I think they gave up on covering for Joe Biden, though. he actually tattled the truth out loud on televised news. He was telling them how he pulled the fast one and got away with it. Tucker Carlson came forward with a phtotgraph of Biden and his son golfing with his Ukranian business partner. The photo was the real deal.

Tucker Carlson is not honest. But you choose to fall for his fake news.

They can interview the whistle blower in the same manner as President Trump was interviewed by Robert Mueller.... in writing, ask their questions and let him answer under oath in writing, is one way to do it without giving up his anonymity.

Or they can interview him in person if they can somehow hide his identity while doing such?

or over a speaker phone...?

But it appears that must not be what republicans want?

Looks like they want a dog and pony.. with a holy roller fire and brimston mix, of a show, and really aren't interested in questioning him on anything???

Office of the Inspector General of the Intelligence Community’s Statement on Processing of Whistleblower Complaints (September 30, 2019)

It's his job.
They did the job by the book. Then looked into it. Found nothing from the call that was worthy of further investigation and case closed.

Yet the left is using a call that isn't showing a crime to launch a circus act, with the Shifty in the lead who had knowledge of it before it was even filed................Which is why he should e questioned in this process.

It is DOA in the Senate.
The ICIG looked in to the complaint, found first hand witnesses and evidence to support the complaint, and then determined the complaint was credible. If THE complaint was frivolous, it would have been dismissed by the ICIG....

Is there something you do not understand with this process or something you think I am missing??

What you're missing is what you've refused to address all along. The ICIG had zero authority to do anything on this matter. His authority is limited to areas that fall within the direct responsibility and authority of the DNI. That would not include diplomatic phone calls between two presidents. If anyone had the authority to review the call it would be the State Dept IG, but I think even that would be a stretch.

.
You expect everyone to now drop this impeachment investigation and completely forget that Trump did what he did?
Is that what you expect to happen when you keep pushing this point that the ICIG had no authority....
The cat is out of the bag. The point is moot. Officials who were directly involved are testifying and it is clear the whistleblower knew what he was talking about.
You can't put this back in the bag. You need to move on!

What is proves is the WB isn't a WB. He should testify not only to what he claims to have been told, but who told him and what, if any, ulterior motives he might have had. Along with who he spoke to in congress prior to filing his bogus WB report, what he was told by them on how to proceed and if they gave him advise on what lawyer to seek out ect. If we're going to investigate, let's investigate all aspects, not just what you commies want.

Hunter Biden should also testify on what he did for Burisma, other than just buy them access to the State Dept. His testimony could offer an insight as to why Trump was concerned when he spoke to Zelensky. Of course if Trumps concerns were in any way justified it would blow the commie narrative clean out of the water, wouldn't it?

.
The Senate can investigate those things and have hearings of their own ya know?

Stop whining and crying and get it done, if you really want to know this crap? (who knows why, but if ya wanna know, go for it in the Senate where you have a majority that rules)

So WHY haven't the R's done that? Senators have had hearings in our other impeachments....

Seems like you all really could care less, or you would have started those Senate hearings on Bidens already....

and what about the DOJ which is who legally is suppose to investigate foreign corruption by Americans overseas by partnering with the foreign country, while still giving the US Citizen their constitutional rights... LIKE BEFORE you start an investigation and digging in to an American citizen;s private or business life, you better damn well have PROBABLE CAUSE first and not just a fishing expedition...

what US law do you think Hunter Biden broke? What criminal act/law do you believe was broken??????????????????

The ex Ukraine prosecutor that did investigate in April or so for Giuliani already, Lutsenko is his name, or something like that, said Hunter committed no Ukrainian Crimes... and however much a person is paid, is NOT a crime...

AND NO, even if Hunter did commit (which he didn't) a crime it would not, in any way shape or form, excuse Pres Trump;s behavior on this...

LASTLY, congress is using the same rules investigating now, that the REPUBLICANS SET UP, in the last congress.

what a useless and ridiculous law of protection if only the IG can't.... what kind of ''protection of anonymity'' is that....? How is others exposing it not intimidation and harassment towards the whistleblower?
There is no rule against intimidation or harrassment. Just ask any Republican.
Try asking any republican that's on the committee that wrote the whistleblower protection law on the books now.... they will tell you otherwise. It defeats the whole purpose of the law, if any congressman can expose a whistleblower.... there may not be a rule on it, but it is expected of them...
I'll only say this one time.

Protections of the act are from the government, supervisors, and political hacks. The people who wrote the act will say it means something different in any given situation.

If this had been a republican whistleblower outing a democrat, that person's name would have been on every front page and lead every news story not 10 days after the complaint was filed.

We are not Russia. We do not make accusations in secret and every person has the absolute right to face and know who their accuser is.
He's not an accuser, he's an anonymous tipper.... like any other person giving or calling in an anonymous tip. It's up to law enforcement to investigate the tip, see if they can find any witnesses to the tip or evidence that supports the tip.... And those first hand people would be who the defendant gets to question and face, and that evidence law enforcement finds is the evidence the defendant gets to question.... the person that calls the cops with a tip, because they think they've seen wrong doing is not part of the defendants trial.... if law enforcement decides to charge the person with a crime.
Incorrect.

This whistleblower has made false accusations and WILL be questioned.
Lindsay Graham has already drafted Subpoenas for all of Schiff's "witnesses" to be questioned in the Senate prior to any trial. This is about to blow up in democrat faces as this will be done in open testimony. He has also included Schiff and his staff as fact witnesses..

This is about to get bright lights shown into Schiff's star chamber.. Its not going to end well for democrats.

Taking bets that this will never see a vote in the HOR... If they vote to impeach, this questioning of witnesses by the senate will go on long into next year and Schiff/Pelosie will no longer control anything...

OH PLEASE
For the love of God, show us which accusations in the W/B complaint were false? AND STOP repeating this mindless crap, that you don;t even know is true, because you've never researched it your self.... honestly, people are COUNTING on you and others being lazy as sh8t and easily made in to a brainwashed parrot...

The W/B complaint is only 5 pages if memory serves.... not too humongous or burdensome to read... find what you believe is false and cut and paste it so we can debate it...

it's impossible to debate these generalities in your responses....
and I'm sorry for being so terse... :(

Sorry but no blower whistles hit and runs
No sanctity in invisibility, that was designed to prevent workplace retaliation and not to assist in a mythical witch hunt impeachment of the President.
please explain how it is a witch hunt? be specific, what makes this a witch hunt and not something that ACTUALLY HAPPENED?

READ THE TRANSCRIPTS, you need one of those money making T shirts! :D

First a politician doesn't have to get payments directly to be guilty of passive corruption. Money flowing to family members because of the politicians position could qualify. Hunter not only made millions from Burisma, but an account held by he and Devon Archer received direct payments from Bohai Capital, a subsidiary of the bank of China according to a new book by Peter Schweizer. The records became public during the trial of Devon Archer for fraud, concerning the sale of 60 million in fraudulent indian bonds. Archer was convicted BTW.

Three Convicted In Manhattan Federal Court For The Fraudulent Issuance And Sale Of More Than $60 Million Of Tribal Bonds

The younger Biden denied being paid directly by Bohai capital. It's also been reported twice now on Steve Hilton's The New Revolution on Fox on Sunday nights, that Devon Archer met with poppa Joe in the WH and two days later Hunter was appointed to the Burisma board. About a week later poppa Biden announced a US initiative to aid the Ukraine gas industry to increase gas production. Now we're finding that a lobbying firm, Blue Star Strategies (if memory serves), invoked Hunter Bidens name to get meetings with the State Dept, which has been verified by State Dept emails obtained by John Soloman through a FOIA request. More emails regarding this are due to be released next month.

Something in all this stinks to high heaven, is it criminal, that remains to be seen, but it sure as hell raises many questions. Of course you're free to ignore it, just like you've been doing all along.

Devon Archer's conviction was overturned because the judge felt he was innocent of what he was being charged with --- Most likely the Deep State stepping in to protect him on orders from Obama..

John Galanis is a career white collar scumbag who has been in out of federal prison since the 70's --- he was already serving a 6 yr prison sentence for a separate financial fraud case when he was convicted in this case....defrauding Native Americans out of their pension funds seems like a Republican pastime (Jack Abramoff)..

Bevan Cooney..In addition to the prison term, he has to serve three years of supervised release and forfeit 9 million dollars and to pay 43 million in restitution..That's a whole lot of fraud to just be serving 30 months.

So why didn't they indict Hunter Biden yet??

?But his report wasn't bogus. And the fact that he was telling the truth makes whatever "ulterior motives" he had beside the point.

Try as you might, you cannot convince me this thing is a conspiracy. It doesn't matter if the whistleblower agreed with Trump's policies or voted for him or kissed his ring or anything else. Did the Democrats take full advantage of it? HELL YES. Did you expect them not to?

You are clueless on this set up by Giuliani and the two Russian Ukrainians gather all this SO CALLED evidence,

It was reported this week that It was one of these two goons working with Giuliani and paid Giuliani $500 MILLION DOLLARS to work for them, that was feeding

JOHN SOLOMON all of these made up stories the past 2 years.... yes, you've all have been duped...by dirty politics....

A pre planned bogus witch hunt, with a tied in to a scuzzy reporter for The Hill, to spread the lies....

What makes it okay for Trump and his goons, to use his presidential power, to come down on an individual citizen, calling him a criminal, in the public, over and over again, with a crooked reporter to spread the accusation by the President and his personal lawyer.... And not using the DOJ, so the US Citizen's rights are protected??

IF THAT IS NOT A TOTAL ABUSE OF PRESIDENTIAL POWER AND CROOKED, then I don't know what is?

Let alone going directly to a foreign gvt and asking them a favor, to investigate an American citizen and to work with his campaign lawyer on it and not our DOJ???

Whistle blower protections = protection from retribution.

Whistle blower protections =/= identity protection

A federal agency violates the Whistleblower Protection Act if agency authorities take (or threaten to take) retaliatory personnel action against any employee or applicant because of disclosure of information by that employee or applicant.

The end

yes, all true, but if it is shown that the whistle blower lied, he/she can be prosecuted. This guy is far from being off the hook because he clearly lied with political motives.

That Tucker Carlson guy is one of the American television's biggest political propagandist hacks. He has no credibility and is one of the last people for referring anyone else to being a hack. His specialty is brainwashing and scamming dupes, suckers, and lemmings.

what has he lied about? give us details or STFU

total abuse of power to me would also entail:

spying on presidential candidates
abusing FISA warrants with false info
setting up "insurance policies"
collusion with the DOJ to not press charges
spying on reporters

yet not once did you EVER get all worked up when the left was abusing power. instead, you parakeeted their reasons why it was OK for THEM to do it just as you parakeet reasons why it's NOT ok for trump now.

you don't care about abusing power, you care about getting trump regardless of what you have to abuse to get to him.

Of course you're free to ignore it, just like you've been doing all along.

.

A pre planned bogus witch hunt, with a tied in a a scuzzy reporter for the hill, to spread the lies....

Let alone going directly to a foreign gvt and asking them a favor, to investigate an American citizen and to work with his campaign lawyer on it and not our DOJ???

nothing you have ever posted is true. you are a tool of the corrupt left and too stupid to realize you are being used. pathetic.

One may as well try to look for the humor in this embarrassing mess.

I flipped back and forth last night during halftime between Fox and MSNBC.

Fox: "They have nothing!" MSNBC: "They have everything!"

One is right and the other is wrong.
If Schiff really had something solid to begin with, this would have been over by now.
Schiff keeps looking ,so far nothing but hearsay, false theories and assumptions.
Agree. If they had something they would have voted for impeachment by now. The fact that they don't means they have nothing.

The whistleblower alleged that Trump engaged in an extortion attempt of a foreign ally for his own personal benefit.....the 4 or 5 State Dept and White House officials with direct knowledge of the subject not only confirmed this, but they offered even more evidence of this extortion plot...

and not one single Trumper has refuted that so far -- instead they are whining about the whistle blower......these are the same people who time and time again tried to defend invading Iraq..time and time again claimed Iraq was behind 9/11, time and time again claimed Iraq had nukes......and they would call anyone who opposed them traitors for not believing their delusions....then when the dust settled, every last one of them pretended they were against going into Iraq all along.....the same will play out here...they will concede that Trump did pressure a foreign country for help but say its no big deal because everybody does it
He engaged in partisanspeak, not whistleblowerspeak. lol

Whistle blower protections = protection from retribution.

Whistle blower protections =/= identity protection
Democrats intentionally called their undisclosed partisan hack a whistleblower. He's nothing but a hack, and that's a far cry from a whistleblower. Democrats have a way with obfuscation tactics that include blatant reversals of definition of terms to suit their complaint/disagreement du'jour. It's like their incomprehensible defense of Bill Clinton's womanizing. They called Clinton's doings while in office incomprehensible. they call Trump's doings of long ago unforgivable. What a buncha self-serving tripe.

total abuse of power to me would also entail:

spying on presidential candidates
abusing FISA warrants with false info
setting up "insurance policies"
collusion with the DOJ to not press charges
spying on reporters

yet not once did you EVER get all worked up when the left was abusing power. instead, you parakeeted their reasons why it was OK for THEM to do it just as you parakeet reasons why it's NOT ok for trump now.

you don't care about abusing power, you care about getting trump regardless of what you have to abuse to get to him.
Carter Page has never spoken to the President, not thru phone calls not thru texts, not thru emails... those are Carter Page's words...

And why in the heck would Carter Page be the person chosen, AFTER HE LEFT the campaign no less, to spy on Candidate Trump? And no they can not get conversations from past phone calls, they can only get meta data from the past, which is what phone number called him and what phone number he called under the FISA  please spare us the drama....

And Carter Page has been legally wire tapped a couple of times by our Counter Intelligence agencies and FISA court, BEFORE he was ever involved with the Trump campaign.

I am not going to run around and scream about our Intel agency doing the wrong thing or illegal thing about tapping him with the FISA, until I see some proof that it was done illegally and done with nefarious purpose.

We still do not know what was meant about the insurance policy.... Lisa Page testified on it in front of Repubs and it seemed like it was a nothing burger comment between them.... but know I am open to find out exactly what it meant, if there is more to it?

Spying on what reporters? Please don't say Sharyl Attkisson...there is no proof of that accusation, but I'd love to know more on the Obama team spying on reporters....?
