Abrego-Garcia Case Dismissed

You can get a grand jury to indict a ham sandwich, but when it gets to a judge, it better pass legal muster.

This was a case of "Show me the man, and I will show you the crime"

This worked in the old USSR, but it should have no place in America.
So what evidence do you suggest was doctored or altered?

Tell us how they did that...

Yeah, that's what I thought.
Couple of ways. For one, the prosecutors engaged in “personal vouching”, which basically is they told the grand jury “trust me” instead of looking at the evidence. The prosecutors also had communications with the grand jury outside of the official proceedings.

The grand jury transcripts were heavily redacted. Likely in an effort to hide the abuses.

Actually, it's barely a misdemeanor.

Try to pay attention.
Here's your law for you, please pay attention -

You have no idea what you are talking about.

he didn't have drugs or cash.

If he did, he'd have been charged with that.

The only thing they could find to charge him with was giving other immigrants a ride to a work site.

A misdemeanor is a crime

How is something “barely” a crime?
There are reports that Trump is a rapist.

Hearsay is not evidence.

The difference is those reports turned out to be made up and literally came from Dems in 2016 making up a name and filing a fraudulent lawsuit

The reports about Garcia are from actual police investigations and from his own wife filing a protective order

Barely a crime?

Like trespassing?

Illegal entry to a Federal facility?

Based on wearing a Chicago Bulls hat and a CI who didn’t seem to know what he was talking about and claimed Garcia was a gang member from NY … where he never lived
Federal officials and confidential informants alleged he was a verified member of MS-13's "Westerns clique" on Long Island, NY.

And again… he never lived in NY

It promoted faked evidence produced in the White House, and appealed directly to every noisy stereotype embraced by Trump’s cult.
You have a quote from the judges ruling stating that or are you full of bullshit as usual?

This was exactly the kind of campaign that Nazis ran in Germany.
Much like Texas Democrat Maureen Galindo wanting to castrate and put Israel supporters in internment camps?

I smell a Nazi.

Just stop

No, based on the reports of a trusted informant. Read the story.

Do you have a copy of the grand jury transcript for us?

Trump's supreme Court sided with Garcia.
Trumps SCOTUS didn’t hear the evidence in this case

They did say the White House had to enforce the prior deportation order from the immigration court

Which they are trying to do at this moment
