Abrego-Garcia Case Dismissed

Yeah… so what? They’re going to recruit people for a chapter that’s 100 miles away?

Why would they do that?

Answer

They didn’t

The CI was lying. But I’m sure he got paid
Chapter? Yoh think these cartels are like fraternities with chapters?

Proof was when TSP stopped him, called FBI and were told to let him pass....... with an expired driver's license.
Odd that the case was dismissed

Odder still that he was not arrested at that time

Just a reminder.

Abrego Garcia was held by ICE in 2019 during Trump's 1st term. When the Immigration Judge issued his deportation order and then placed it on hold barring deportation back to El Salavador.

All the Trump Administration had to do was arrange for deportation to another country and ship Abrego Garcia off. But they didn't. Because of the hold the Trump Administration instead issued him a permit making it legal for him to work under his temporary status.

If I were Abrego Garcia's attorney, I'd already have:
  • Copies of pay slips,
  • W-2's and or 1099's,
  • Social Security contribution history based on payroll deductions paid by him and his employers,
  • Copy of time and labor tracking from employers showing jobs and dates of work
When the governement tried to claim he was making all these road trips for human smuggling, let's see what his work records indicate.

Dude you have been caught lying about 15 times just today

Save some dignity and just go away
I’ve lied about nothing

You think international terrorist organizations run chapters in states and don’t cross jurisdictions

And you want to lecture others about embarrassing themselves? Hahah

Another lie…
Stop lying to yourself. Now why do you think several government departments waved Garcia on?

AI is lying then:

The details of this 2022 incident and its aftermath include:The Traffic Stop: In November 2022, a Tennessee state trooper pulled over Abrego Garcia, who was driving a vehicle with nine passengers who lacked identification. Troopers discussed the possibility of human smuggling but, after consulting with federal authorities (including immigration officials), were instructed to let him go.
___________

News channel 5:

They pointed out that there was no luggage between any of the passengers for such a long trip and Abrego Garcia was carrying $1,400 in cash.

“You know what you got here right?” one trooper asked another.

“He’s hauling these people for money,” the trooper said.

Another trooper suggested the cash was, “probably his payment for hauling them.”

We know troopers contacted federal officials for guidance, even though much of that audio has been redacted. The same is true for the “police event” report troopers filed from the traffic stop.

The
redactions are commonly done to avoid sensitive information from being shared.

Federal officials told troopers that there was no need to arrest Abrego Garcia,
who at the time was afforded “withholding of removal” protective status after a judge declared in 2019, he couldn't be deported back to the country where he received death threats for not joining a gang.

Make the part where the feds told TSP to let him go and the redactions in the report.

C'mon man.....:auiqs.jpg:

FBI/ICE/Captain Kangaroo.....what would the Feds want redacted from the TSP incident report that would be public information?

What would be sensitive about a Mexican with a vehicle full of people with no luggage?

C'mon Lesh......you can do it.
