We don't jail people who haven't committed crimes, and Garcia hasn't.
Stop speaking in indiotic left-wing absolutes. A grand jury certainly thought there was probable cause that he did commit multple crimes based upon the evidence so stop lying. It should have gone to trial so that the world could see it and let Garcia defend himself. The judge corruptly short-circuited that process and nullified the grand jury's verdict. The reason? His opinion of what he thought someone else's opinion was. It was not based upon Constitutional violation.
