Abrego-Garcia Case Dismissed

Garcia was indicted by a grand jury. That grand jury determined that there was probable cause for prosecutions to move forward. The judge wasn't ruling that the prosecution had violated law or Constitutiion in court. He just stated his biased opinion that the case was motivated by feelings of prosecutors and not evidence the grand jury saw. He should have allowed the case to proceed to trial (where Garcia could defend his innocence) as long as the prosecution wasn't violating Constitutional rights or procedural laws. The judge is a disgrace.
The judge determined that the prosecutors had abused the grand jury process and acted extremely unethically and unconstitutionally.

You JUST bitched about “estimates” and then made a wildly inaccurate estimate

Here's the 30 million dollar estimate:

While the logic is simple—tally the inflows and outflows over time—actually gathering, assessing, and inserting the data appropriately into a mathematical model isn’t at all simple. Because there is significant uncertainty, the results are presented as a range. After running 1,000,000 simulations of the model, the researchers’ 95% probability range is 16 million to 29 million, with 22.1 million as the mean.

The courts just ruled on the Tru,p regime’s very publicrailroading of Albrego Garcia. So it is hardly being a dead issue. no
He never answered the charges. He's leaving anyway.

The judge saw through Trumps revenge prosecution

I'm sure they could re indict.

Hearsay is not evidence.

Your words not mine.

Where are the criminal charges then?

Of course Trump will not admit he was wrong
All of this is because he deported the wrong guy and was forced to bring him back

He'll be back in court. He's a career criminal. It's only a matter of time. This ruling will make him think he's untouchable.

Tell us how they did that...

Yeah, that's what I thought.
