Oh, trust me, I'm doing my homework. Here's the first example of what garbage this claim is.
One of the witnesses this article cites is Michael Shane Daughtry. This is what Mr. Daughtry claims, according to this article.
On January 6th 2021, I traveled to Washington DC with my wife Tammie to watch the Trump Rally. As the rally was completing, the President of the United States told the crowd to go to the West Lawn and “peacefully” protest, which we did.
As we arrived at the West Lawn, the police officers removed the barricades and waved us onto the West Lawn. I had video of this but the FBI later raided my home and confiscated this Video.
But here is his
charging statement from when he was arrested.
11. In a separate January 6th post, the defendant claimed, “We just tore down the fence and stormed the Capitol.” On January 6, 2021, the defendant also spoke with a Pelham, Georgia Police Officer who recorded the conversation. In this communication the defendant stated he was at the Capitol and was among those “that tore the fence down up there. We was the first ones over the fence. Everyone followed us.” The defendant did not enter the Capitol but remained within in the restricted area around Capitol on January 6, 2021.
Here's the post he sent on January 6, 2021.

This article cites a proven liar, damaging its own crediblity. The proven liar says police moved barricades to let him in when the truth is, on J6 he admitted to breaking in through a fence. Now, as a convenient excuse, he claims the police confiscated his video evidence of police waving him in, when the truth is, since he broke in, there is no video evidence of police letting him in.
