You're mistaken, I never said it happened at like 4 or 5. Though I'll say it now since it did, the first time those were used was at 1:40.

And yeah, you changed the time to 1:00 because your link didn't say what you claimed, multiple times. But not only did you change the time 1:00, you posted a video as evidence which didn't even come from your earlier link.

So here's the video you posted saying it was the start of police activity, but it also doesn't show it started at 1:00.
