About half of America's new college graduates are working in high school-level jobs like food service and retail: report

2? Not thousands and thousands?
You have a goofy looking avatar, a goofy sounding user name, and no details in the "About" section of your Profile page on this Board to give clue or substance to your "bona fides", so I'm not seeing any reason to give you serious credibility.

"Most youngsters" this and "most students" that based on ignorance and illogic.

Hard to get a medical degree in medical without college. My granddaughter, now age 28, is a pharmacist. Was she supposed to get that job without a degree? Her husband is an electrical engineer
They're making nice money. They aren't having kids. Nice big house. Nice vehicles. Living the american dream.
Highly Paid Professional Training Will Exclude the Diploma Dumbos

College-level stupidity. If someone proposes that we give more incentives to attract a better class of policemen, does that mean he'd put them on the force without any training?

Nope. They have all that they want. And it's only going to get more lucrative. That's as american as it gets.
No Man Is an Island

How does America benefit from what is presented as only a benefit to the individual graduate? This selfish attitude is as if people majored in something like casino gambling, from which the public doesn't expect any benefit.

This ignorance of what's good for America goes back to the resentful attitude of people with no kids about having to pay school taxes. America is falling apart because of "every man for himself," which is the shout of a defeated army in retreat. They usually get picked off one-by-one.

Thank you for their service.... to those college graduates.....

But ......the whole thing is just too sad for words....too sad

And that's all I will say.

These are the people that make fun people who don't have degrees, whose getting the last laugh.
Honestly if I had to do it over again I would of gone into the trades instead of college. I know many college grads who feel the same way.

If your going to college these are the fields to study.
Nursing, Engineering, Premed / Medical School, Actuary, Accounting, Law. If your not doing going to major in any of those fields it might be a tough road out of college.

Everybody's road is their own. Categorical declarations like those above are presumptuous to say the least.

There's a difference between living and making a living. Being obsessed with the latter interferes with the former.
