Roe v. Wade circumvented that argument. The TX law just gives people who have been harmed by the murder of their loved ones another avenue to prevent the injustice.

What law is against it? Even if abortion is murder, it is certainly excused by the legislature and by judicial decision. It is definitely the unjustified killing of a human being.

The only thing I would disagree on is that murder is unlawful killing of another human. Since it is not unlawful, it is not really murder.
