Abortion is the murder of an unborn human.

It's human at conception, but willing to meet half way at fetal heartbeat over Roe v. Wade.

Sort of blows the whole "it is murder" argument out of the water, would you not say?
As you have pointed out it can't be murder since this killing is lawful. It is still a killing, however.

Roe v. Wade circumvented that argument. The TX law just gives people who have been harmed by the murder of their loved ones another avenue to prevent the injustice.

do you get dizzy spinning that much?

The Tx law give anyone and everyone an avenue to maybe make 10 grand for reporting anyone and everyone you think might have had an abortion or driven someone to one or talked to someone about one or actually preformed one

Good start. Sue those that murder out of existence since the government won't protect the most vulnerable among us.

The only thing I would disagree on is that murder is unlawful killing of another human. Since it is not unlawful, it is not really murder.
And if the law that makes it "legal: is later proven to be unconstitutional?

What then?
Immediately after The Dredd Scott ruling, Slavery was thought to be legal and Constitutional.

Did that make slavery any less of a crime against humanity at that time?
