There is absolutely, positively no excuse for the kidnapping,abuse, torture and slaughter of an innocent woman who spent 30 years in Iraq trying to allievate as best she could the suffering of countless Iraqis.
There is indeed, no more distressing, dispiriting event than this that has happened since the beginning of the war in Iraq. Here, even more than the murder of nearly 40 Iraqi children in line to get candy from GI's, is the true face of the evil we are fighting in Iraq and worldwide.
Arabic Islam is sadly, a sick perversion today of the noble and great religion it entered the world as nearly 1,500 years ago. I hate to say it, but there will be no great outrage in the Arab world over this heinious act of evil. And that right there, ladies and gentlemen, is the kind of people you are dealing with and trying to "free" from oppression and ignorance. The kind of people who are not bothered by slaughter in their name of innocent people; Daniel Pearl, Margaret Hassan, Enzo Baldoni.
Like it or not, this is Islam, or at least the Arabic version. The murderous, hateful and destructive brand preached for over 30 years by Saudi imans and others throughout the world. Until the Islamic community comes to terms with the fact that they are acting like enemies of international peace, justice and security, they will be part of the problem and should start being treated like it.
To hell with a dialogue or communication, its time to grab a gun and fight. The monsters that murdered this innocent lifesaver should be tracked down and wiped off the face of the earth, along with their compatriots, their supporters and any of their backers (including a good number of academics, intellectuals and other traitors who live in America but blame America for everything wrong in the world).
