The only issue of concern with Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Glenn Beck, Fox and other far right media outlets is they stir up the crackpots and sometimes the crackpots act. Radio host Rush Limbaugh lied about a recently released report by the 9-11 Commission: He falsely claimed that the report confirms Vice President Dick Cheney's claim that September 11 hijacker Mohamed Atta may have met with an Iraqi intelligence officer in April 2001. Limbaugh directly contradicted the report while purporting to summarize it.

From the June 17 broadcast of The Rush Limbaugh Show:

LIMBAUGH: The [9-11 Commission] report said that Mohamed Atta did meet with an Iraqi Intelligence Agency, or agent, in Prague on April 9th of 2001. We've known this for a long time.

More Rush Limbaugh Lies
While most people know that Rush Limbaugh is bloated and pompous, I don't think most people realize how much the man just flat out lies. For instance, On Rush's August 3rd show, he claimed that the Columbia space shuttle disaster was caused by the EPA.


... EPA rules actually may have caused the shuttle Columbia disaster. It goes like this. They used to use Freon in the ingredients of the foam that they spray on the -- that solid fuel tank. It's that foam that fell off -- that chunks of it fall off, and the second to go shuttle mission created a hole in the wing and led to the disaster on re-entry. They can't use Freon anymore. They had to use something else to cause the foam to bond to the fuel tank, and it was not nearly as good as Freon was. And that's why the chunks started coming loose. And so they came up with some other substance that is a little stickier and causes the stuff to bond better, but it still doesn't work as well as Freon did.

So maybe -- a lot of people are beginning to think that the banning of Freon actually caused the shuttle accident, the Columbia shuttle accident, two flights ago. And I'm inclined to believe it when I hear this.

Of course Rush forgets to tell you that the foam that broke off was attached with Freon. Not only that, but the report says there was constantly foam breaking off that was attached with Freon. 62 instances out of 80 missions to be precise. (NASA Report)

OK, here's another.
Scientists are well educated and to CON$ that makes them way too Liberal. And since Doctors and Scientists are among the top three most trusted people, CON$ feel they must create a mistrust of scientists and science. Notice how he, like Kitten, implies treachery among scientists to deceive the "faithful." Needless to say, careful reading of that whole rant reveals LimpBoy contradicts himself rather than scientists inventing new physics. LOL

Yet, the Big Bang violates the first law of thermodynamics. That law says you cannot create something out of nothing. But cosmologists, who are physicists that study the evolution of the universe, have to invent new physics to explain the Big Bang: physics that have never been observed. So is this science or is it faith? The Big Bang crowd, nobody was there to see it. We're just told that this tiny little speck of almost nothing exploded one day and became the universe?

BTW, that tiny little speck of ALMOST NOTHING was ALL the energy in the universe.
