^^^ I say arrest her and put her in there with the lifer inmates. When they find out that not only was she messing with kids, but those in the special needs field, it will be one less rodent for the rest of us to worry about.

Is it possible that the "special needs" school (ironically called "Bright Futures") routinely used drugs to control unruly students? It seems common in public schools to administer mood altering drugs to students without consent of the parents.
