Trust our democracy, right progs? The nation voted for this. The majority want all illegal aliens to be deported.
Embrace it.

I would like to know from the migrants is why they feel a need to come here illegally and not do it legal. They are paying thousands of dollars to a gangster to get them across the border or dumped of the coast in a raft. How much could it cost to get a work Visa?

I believe in particularly hardship cases, Congress can authorize special dispensation for individuals who need to be exempt from the existing law. I could be wrong about that but in the back of my head, I seem to recall Congress has that power.

The best possible solution would be immigration reform that requires the illegals to self deport. Those who do can apply for work or visitor visas to return fairly soon--they won't be allowed to overstay those visas--or they can apply for legal immigration status.

Those who are deported however should have no right to return at all.

They don't want to wait in line and we don't need them anyway.

Our immigration laws state that is exactly what should happen. If asshole lawless traitor Dems don't like it they are free to introduce a bill in congress to change those laws. Good luck trying to round up the votes for that.

Wrong.
If one went by majority rule, then we could still have slavery.
The way law really works, is that this is supposed to be a constitutional republic with judicial safeguards for the rights of any single individual.

The facts are those south of the border have many valid rights to be here.
One is that their ancestors obviously migrated from the north, so had to live in what is now the US, at one time.
Two is that we guaranteed the rights of Mexicans in the Treaty of Guadelupe Hildalgo, since the states were purchased were mostly Spanish Land Grants.
Three is that the descendants of European invaders are the ones with no right to be here. We murdered in order to steal the land. That invalidates our claim.

And those "immigration laws" are in total violation of basic legal principles.
Read post #8 so I don't have to repeat it again here.

LMAO go ahead, change the laws...here I'll just get this out of the way now. If you wish to make an argument that we can ignore laws we disagree with well that pretty much makes you a communist puke face.

The process of coming here legally has been essentially blocked.
Like Kilmar who was here 20 years, married to a US citizen, with US citizen children, applying for asylum every single year, no criminal record, and they still illegally deported him.

Boo-hoo then lobby congress to change the laws. All you have to do is convince the American people, round up the votes and get it done. What are you waiting for go ahead. Unless you don't have the support of the people or the votes which you do not. So piss off home then.

I support nearly all of Trump's policies, but the 3000 per day quota to deport all illegal aliens creates more problems than it solves IMO. If you think it through, it makes more sense to focus on illegal criminals and then a case by case basis for the remaining illegals.

Wrong.
Like those laws that used to make slavery legal, the fault is those who do not understand basic human rights, law, or that defense of inherent individual rights are the only source of legal authority in a real republic.

And by the way, all humans are inherently communist. That is how all families, tribes, clubs, etc. work. It is because humans are inherently social, like with sympathy and empathy.

Those who think communism is at all involved with how representatives are selected, do not understand the meaning.

Even better, amend the Constitution. Oh wait, you don't have the votes for that either. Apparently you will have more luck just moving to another country. Don't let the door hit you on the way out.

The law does not have to change, just those who are illegally violating the law with enforcement that is in violation of the law.
So all we have to do is get rid of ICE.
There is plenty of legislation to allow for asylum seekers to be instantly made citizens.
ICE is simply interfering and threatening judges who try to uphold the law.

Then in that case, a majority of Americans are being pranked by Trump.

There will be no mass deportations in the millions. At best (worst) there will be token deportations in the dozens and that show will be observed by Fox News and some other media.

If white American attitudes change, the deportation show could climb to a few hundred as long as unemployed Americans learn to accept the jobs that can only afford to pay 5 bucks an hour or less.

Has there ever been another explanation needed for Trump's success on making knees jerk?

Read the Treaty of Guadelupe Hidalgo.
It was what we agreed to when we purchased about a third of the US.
It says we have to honor old Spanish land grants, not force Mexican land owners or workers to become US citizens, and not interfere in their lives, commerce, movement, etc. in any way.

What you seem to be forgetting is that the Mexicans are the natives with inherent rights to be here, while we are the descendants of European invaders guilty of murder and theft.
