It all just comes down to being illegal which was tolerated to the point of Americans dying, and on top of that tragedy, the American system reverting back to a time prior to the Civil war, otherwise where men and women of a darker tint (in this case again), are to be exploited and used by those elites that want a class of people to be subservient without the thought of having the same workers rights that American workers have. It undermines American worker's and their ability to get starter job's that once were plentiful in America for young American worker's getting their feet wet for the first time in the workforce.

Without the out of balance situation we have today, then America's youth might not have found themselves being indoctrinated by hollyweird, the unregulated internet, and having open access to drugs, growing bad character, and living in the basement on mommy and daddy's insurance and allowances until they are 26 year's old or land themselves in prison or worse.
