A Happy Outcome Is Possible

All of the coverage HillaryCare II is getting gave birth to the hope that the ACA will bring on the total collapse of Socialism in this country. Such a happy outcome is possible but highly unlikely. Socialized medicine is bad enough to bring down liberalism in America; nevertheless, the education industry is much worse, and has much deeper roots.

Unfortunately, in order to kill Socialism/Communism in this country the power and political influence of the education industry must be reduced to zero. A tall order to be sure because education cannot be repealed. Every education industry violation of the Constitution can be stopped. The Department of Education can be shut down. Funding higher education can be stopped, teachers’ unions can be decertified, parents with school age children can gain control of the curriculum, court rulings can be overturned, and so on. Do all of the above and the education industry will survive; not only survive but find new lines of attack.

While the media is covering the Hillarycare II War to death Socialists are waging another war that goes unreported. The education industry has been fighting on a new front.

Common sense should tell everyone that the education industry is behind illegal aliens demanding tuition:

All of the reporting about private sector Americans losing their plans and their doctors is a good thing to be sure, but I have not heard one word about unionized teachers losing their lifetime medical coverage or their doctors. The happiest of outcomes would be teachers getting stung to death by another poisonous tentacle of Socialism.

Trying to light a fire under and old story from August?
Or are you too busy to get around to pitchin' a bitch 'bout and old story?

To Moonglow: I’m never too busy to take a swipe at the education industry, and the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals just lit the fire for me:

The court ruled against two policies used by a district to prevent a fifth-grade student from distributing invitations to a party at her church.

Now ADF says it has written to other districts because of the similarities in their policies to the unconstitutional policies in the Pocono Mountain School District.

XXXXX

The letter says, “The Supreme Court has made it clear that students ‘do not shed their constitutional rights to freedom of speech or expression at the schoolhouse gate.’”

Moreover, the letter states, “The Supreme Court has definitively held that religious expression – whether spoken, written, or symbolic – is protected by the First Amendment.”

It ain’t the bonfire I would like, but it is big enough for a weenie roast in light of this 2005 ruling:

A three-judge panel from the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has handed a stunning defeat to parents ruling Nov. 2 that their rights do not “extend beyond the threshold of the school door.”

If thing are really this bad, I'm surprised you patriots haven't used the power of the 2nd Amendment to overthrow this tyrannical regime. No time to waste. Need to free the country from this communistmarxistkenyanmuslim tyrant. Maybe Ted Nugent will consent to leading the first charge.

El Rushbo nails it:

Folks, this is what has the left panicked.

Not that millions of Americans are losing their health insurance, or that thousands are losing access to their doctors and hospitals. Not that the finest medical system in world history is being damaged, or that people will suffer. Not even that some Democrats might lose an election.

No, what terrifies the left more than anything else is that their core mission – strengthening the compulsive power of government to “correctly” organize society – may be set back by the Obamacare debacle.

Step 1 is to dismantle what exists.

Step 1. Do whatever it takes to dismantle the political power of the education industry.
