How many times do you want a case to be litigated? Seriously, how many?
If our resident barristers had their way, they'd litigate everything in our lives from now unto forever.
Some of us think that litgating a case once is enough. Garcia was told to leave the Country. Several times. Then he litigated and re-litigated the order until he tricked a friendly judge into letting him stay. For a while. Then he violated the rules layed down and he is now deported. Good riddance. Is this the Hill dimocrap scum want to die on?
The Juduciary IS The Deep State. Some of us belive that much of what is wrong with this Country can be laid directly at the feet of the Judidiciary. Not all of them are dirtbags. Certainly not all of them, but enough of them that they've managed to screw up what used to be the best part of America.... The Judiciary.
It is not anymore. It just isn't. It is no longer the solution, it is the problem. When any one of 670 unelected, unaccountable, non-removable (except with tremendous effort) Activist Hacks in Black can tell POTUS, who was elected by ALL The People what to do, when they can be President For a Day or a year until a higher Court overturns their lunacy (and nobody, NOBODY circles the wagons like Lawyers (all Judges are lawyers -- How convenient, 90% of Lawyers are dims and 100% of Judges are Lawyers))...... After which they are never held to account so they can continue to interfere in the Will of The People........
It's too late. The Bloom is off the Rose. Now we've got to clean up the mess left by dimocrap scum and how far we have to go will be greatly influence by our Hacks in Black. Who actually have no power other than issuing sternly worded orders. Orders that have to be enforced by the Executive Branch.
So I have a suggestion for your lawyer pals -- Watch yer asses. Trump has a Hard-On for Judges since his malicious prosecution in New Yawk and he has the backing of most of America.
