The California Public Utilities Commission, was given a fund of 500 Million a year for OVERSIGHT and EVALUATION.... but could not detect that only a small fraction of the funds was NOT diverted to Democrat
political activism.... HOW the F does this happen? and we see this as another exmple of why democrats hated DOGE so much... after all.. the program had such a nice name! who could be against CLIMATE EQUITY?? except for evil Republicans?
