I’m sorry but that’s a cop out in my mind. Obviously dogs don’t have Constitutional Rights; but I truly believe that at times the Constitution goes too far in protecting the worst elements of our population from the consequences they rightfully deserve for their actions.

I just paid for the goats my dog killed over the years.
