Agenda 21 decrees that the world population must reduce to 500 million or so. The leftist collectivists that rule Europe and America are working for this by exploiting the ideology and administration of nation states. They are right in that public sentiment is successfully perverted to place the nation state in the center of everything.
Their solution is to first eradicate all national minorities, then the national majorities will eradicate themselves by the lack of productive skills and mental paralysis.
This may be true and unbeatable, but not fair the least bit. So here is an alternative solution.
Let's equalize this elimination game like sports, e,g, in football every competitor has the same number of players on the field. In terms of the Agenda 21, we need to introduce international financing for every ethnic minority group, proportionally to how far they are from becoming the majority. Then the interest on this scheme can be balanced by how much ammo they buy on that money, to balance down the national majority. This is more profitable than ww1-2 and all proxy wars put together, because this cash flow needs never end.
