Your denial of this fact does not alter the fact at all.
His sentencing date for these felonies has now been postponed twice at the request of his attorneys and is now set for November 26.
By putting off his sentencing date it will be much easier for Judge Merchan to throw him into prison once he is no longer a political candidate.
