To your first sentence, they are a big threat to specific groups, PJ and I are not being in one of those groups, my biggest concern is obviously in the Homegrown Memphis variety of thugs, if you understand my meaning, and was my biggest concern when setting up the neighborhood watch and maintaining a closer familiarity with the police that patrol this area of the city, though it is not a bad area, such as midtown or the southeast sections.
