Negative. The negotiators of the Republican Party have negotiated our way into trillions and trillions of dollars in debt. Kevin McCarthy negotiated and extension of the Nancy Pelosi covid era budget. When the negotiation start again, the Democrats will look at that figure as the starting point from which to increase the budget and the debt.

What we need now are people who will stand firm. Countries are already looking for an alternative to the dollar because the two parties seem determined to render it worthless through borrowing and printing to pay off the interest on the borrowing. The budget has to be cut or our currency will not survive. We will turn into Weimar Amerika if we keep up these kind of "negotiations."
