Has it ever occurred to you that sometimes there is more than 1 “right“ thing? You are acting as if the out of control spending by Congress under Trump was the only thing that mattered.
They essentially said hey, sign this big spending bill or you won’t get x,y,z which are all the “right” thing to do. At some point, not getting all the x,y,z’s add up to a much bigger problem than the spending.

I didn't like that either, the government waste to much money. But those people chose to go to college and approved the money they borrowed. So they need to pay it back.
