Legislating and governing is hard. Trump campaigned on being this awesome negotiator who could get things done. Apart from the SC, he has zero legislative accomplishments of substance.

In fairness, it's only been six months, and complex legislation takes time.

But the shitshow that is Obamacare repeal just shows how incompetent the Republicans AND conservatives are for having no alternative healthcare plan. They just spent the last seven years whining, bitching and complaining about Obamacare rather than offering any substantive alternatives.
