Exosomes are produced inside a cell, but leave and enter other cells.
That is what the "exo" part of their name means.
And the spike proteins of coronaviruses are IDENTICAL to that of exosomes.
The only difference is that exosomes only have 1 instead of many.
Neither the spike proteins of exosomes nor coronaviruses are actually spikes in shape.
They by both have rounded heads, so that they can make good contact into the same ACE2 receptors.
