Sonny boy I attended over 20 settlements of commercial and residential property over 2 million.
There is no bank that accepts a borrowers estimate of value. That estimate may be in some paperwork but the amount of the loan the lender will grant is derived from the appraisal they obtain to protect their own interests. Several loan officers and lending experienced have so stated. That just doesn’t match the way you wish it was.

But, not unimportantly, he found it with the strong help of .....of.....well, of Michael Cohen.

And what he told the DA about Trump's practices checked out in the paperwork And checked out the private messaging between Cohen and his boss, Trump. Which brings us to a trial that we should expect to see that paperwork and emails.
