$50 for an Album Cover, dont need to be "pro"

I have a design and everything in-mind, I'm just looking for someone with a "decent" skill of making banners and such, to design an album cover for my album. Hit me up for details if you're interested.

The track listing will go on the back of the cover but will come later, so the back will just be an empty template just ready for text.

If you think you're interested, let me know and I'll describe what I'm looking for.
