This is not an argument, a fight between two people or two sides: it is the same type of scenario I presented--an armed gunman going into a place full of unarmed, innocent people just going about their business. It is not at all the same as a bar fight. If the people in the bar had been in there minding their own business and just drinking and relaxing, and some guy walked in with a gun and started blasting people willy nilly, not caring who he killed, and trying to kill as many as he could, even if he is targeting someone he had a problem with, that would be a mass shooting. But when two people or sides are in a conflict, and people get shot, it is not a mass shooting.
