On October 31, 2024 a story was published (Trump did not threaten to sue them for Libel), listing "40 instances" where then former president Trump "incited or praised violence against his fellow citizens." Dante asks, "Is violence an inherent factor of the MAGA world view, on how to deal with opposition and dissent?"

We have here a story invlving Trump supporter(s) and violence, where the patriotism of the victim is highlighted, but where the patriotism of the assailant is buried.

One dangerous problem is FOX News Outlet (Local?), calling the assailant, who is a neighbor, a "stranger" (STRANGER DANGER NARRATIVE for ADULTS in MAGA?). This feeds paranoia and feelings of victimhood.

We know the Language that is acceptable in MAGA Circles would once have been viewed as extremist and not representative of of the whole, but... see image below, the type Dante saw all over the western states during his travels through Trump country in 2019/2020/2022

Prosecutors allege 32-year-old Thomas Caleb Butler attacked Sheron in what officials described as an unprovoked assault.

Butler, who has been described in local reports as a Navy veteran (a Republican who supported President Donald Trump), has pleaded not guilty to charges including attempted murder, elder abuse, criminal threats and battery.

The circumstances surrounding the assault are still unclear, but police believe Butler didn’t know Sheron.

Given how much constant leftwing violence there is, its not crazy to assume (when the story is fresh and we dont have all the facts) that "Trump house guy" was killed by a lefty.
