42 Muslims won elections just recently…Is this a good thing for America, for the future of America?

OK. And again that is your right to say you don’t support Islam. But don’t go around saying that you are some kind of a person against bigotry.

That’s why I’m asking you the question. Again on the point of BLM and calling Trump a Nazi or Republicans Nazis. I’m asking if you believe that. Again I don’t put words into peoples mouth. I’m giving you a chance to answer here.

So if you don't support Islam, you're a bigot?

I was being facetious, hence the sarcasm of saying that you should keep voting them in and see what happens.

Oh I know. It’s not like I’m seeking Muslims to vote for. I don’t like Islam.

But I’m also not going to disqualify someone because I don’t agree with their religious beliefs. If that were true, I’d probably never vote for anyone.

I like Islam and Judaism.

Do you think I forgot you’re insane behavior in the other thread where you constantly said that I hate Jews. And here you are saying whatever you’re saying about Islam I mean the entertainment is incredible.

“You hate Jews racist nazi!!! “

“Oh and uh Islam is bad”

That’s how you talk. And yet you’re in this thread talking about people who are “decent to debate with.”

Yay sure is decent of you to simultaneously lie about posters being anti-Jewish while openly hating Islam.

This is so hilarious. I love the entertainment.

You like Judaism, but hate Jews. 🤡

And I knew you wouldn't say a peep of anything negative about Islam, pretty much confirms that you are a muslim.

If you want to predict the future, look at the past and the present. Maybe you should visit an Islamic country to educate yourself. :dunno:

No thanks to both. We already agree that it’s not happening in our lifetimes so it’s kind of moot anyway.

What happens beyond that, no idea.

So if you don't support Islam, you're a bigot?
That’s how they think. I’ve been told I’m bigoted against Islam for disliking that their religion teaches that we Jews are offspring of apes and pigs, and should be killed wherever we hide.

If she does decide to visit, she needs to make sure not a single wisp of hair is showing, or the Muslims will stone her.

Who said anything about bigotry? I’m allowed to dislike religions.

That’s why I’m asking you the question. Again on the point of BLM and calling Trump a Nazi or Republicans Nazis. I’m asking if you believe that. Again I don’t put words into peoples mouth. I’m giving you a chance to answer here.

No, I don’t consider Republicans to be Nazis. Trump is not a Nazi.

Islam isn't just a religious belief though.

Islam includes a political dimension, as its teachings and history involve principles of governance, law, and social order, but it is not solely a political structure. The concept of "political Islam" refers to the idea that Islam should inform or shape political systems, which has led to various movements and ideologies that seek to implement Islamic principles in governance. These can range from advocating for a state ruled by Islamic law to applying Islamic values in various political contexts.
  • Historical and theological basis: From its beginnings, Islam has included political aspects, notably with the Prophet Muhammad acting as a ruler of a state, and later as idealized models of governance by the Caliphs.
  • Islamism: This is a broad term for a range of political ideologies that are inspired by Islam and aim to achieve sociopolitical objectives through Islamic principles. Proponents of Islamism believe that Islamic law (Sharia) should guide government and society.
  • Political Islam: This term is often used interchangeably with Islamism but can also refer to the broader role of Islam in politics, including the actions of individuals, organizations, and states in the political sphere. It can encompass secular and religious actors who engage with Islam in politics.
  • Varying interpretations: The political interpretation of Islam is not monolithic. It includes a wide range of beliefs, from reformist movements to more hardline groups, and is a subject of ongoing debate. For example, the political systems of Iran under its velāyat-e faqīh system and Saudi Arabia are sometimes considered separate from other movements, though they are influenced by Islamic thought.
  • Not the same as the religion itself: While political interpretations of Islam exist, they are distinct from the religion of Islam in its entirety. Many Muslims practice their faith without seeking to establish an Islamic state, though many may believe their faith influences all parts of their lives, including their political involvement.

People are going to interpret their religious faith differently. How many people do you know who just kind of culturally go with the religion thy were raised as? I see it a lot.

I’m not going to agree with their religion or most other people’s religion. I’m more interested in how they intend to govern. Like I said, I don’t support their religion but I’m also not just going to disqualify them for their religious beliefs either.

You didn't read my post them, Islam is not just a religion, it is the head of the state where ever it is in majority.

By supporting our right to vote for Muslims even though you don’t like Islam, same as me.

We’re not doing much. 🤷‍♂️

It's not about 'liking' Islam, it's seeing it for what it really is, and the threat it poses.

Mandami should have been disqualified for refusing to condemn the call to globalize violence against Jews. So too should have the VA attorney general who fantasizes about killing his opponent and opponent’s children.

I don’t like a religion that teaches that Jews are offspring of apes and pigs, or maybe it’s rats and pigs.

Neither do I like a religion that has as its goal to convert all infidels to their religion, or else.

That muslim immigrants can't take over the US as a majority in the next 50-80 years.

Oh. Yea. I think that’s a ridiculously unlikely Boogeyman for you.

I guess we can’t agree on everything.
