There is plenty of good with free medicine. But nations become second rate competing with others with all of the taxes with all of the programs also. Face it, you are under the American umbrella to defend you. Take that away and your taxes will increase significantly. Enough to reduce the things you get for free. We have an unhealthy people with a percentage corrupted in a diverse culture where accusations come if service is not given in a prompt amount of time. However, cutting our defense, spy, national law enforcement in all ways, intelligence and the rest of those budgets in half and more while putting resources into our medical treatment would do us all good here.

if you linked the correct bill, all that does is set a statute of limitations for the hospital to sue? How can anyone object to that? I'm not wasting time on this because it doesn't affect me, but it that's all this is about, Younkin is both nuts and a tool of predatory bill collectors..
