If you're referring to the next and final step in the election process, the joint meeting of House and Senate to witness the counting of the electoral votes on Jan 6th, the outcome will be exactly the same as it has been, Biden will be the next president. Although a member of the House and the Senate have said they will object to the vote count, there is virtually no chance of the House and Senate setting setting aside the election and a democrat controlled House selecting a president other than Biden. In fact it's very doubtful that even the republican controlled Senate would reject the election results much less the democrat controlled House. McConnell and 7 republicans have publicly accept Biden as next president. "In the Senate, it would go down like a shot dog," the Senate majority whip told reporters. Senator Lindsey Graham, a Republican from South Carolina who is a close ally of Mr. Trump's, said challenging the votes would "probably do more harm than good."

I doubt that Powell has anything more than conspiracy theories and unfounded allegations that have already been widely debunked. If Trump actually had anything, he would have released it long ago when there was time to substantiate the claims. It would have absolutely no effect on the meeting of congress on the 6th.

It's the Joint Congressional Committee On Inaugural Ceremonies (JCCIC). There are 6 members on the committee. Charman Roy Blount (R-MO), Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY), House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA), House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (D-MD), and Senator Amy Klobuchar (D-MN).

The committee was formed in the early 20th century, in accordance with the 20th Amendment.

The first order of business for the committee is to always pass a resolution declaring that so-and-so is the "President Elect". Steny Hoyer put forth that resolution at the committee's first meeting, and for the first time in the JCCIC's history, it resulted in a 3-3 tie. The motion failed. The inauguration committee did not recognize Joe Biden and Kamala Harris as President Elect and Vice President Elect.

The 20th Amendment includes this clause:

Section 3 "the Congress may by law provide for the case wherein neither a President elect nor a Vice President elect shall have qualified, declaring who shall then act as President, or the manner in which one who is to act shall be selected, and such a person shall act accordingly until a President or Vice President shall have qualified."

We could end up in a scenario by which Donald Trump serves as "acting president" until the election issues are sorted out, no matter how many weeks or months that requires. There are still pathways open for President Trump's second term.

VP. As of noon January 20th, pence won't be VP anymore.

When Extortionist Joe miraculously received one way ballot boxes full of votes for Biden only into the covetous paws of the sly DNC Precinct Chairpersons world sans any Republican watchers.

That was about the time many states started counting mail-in votes which was known to be mostly democrat. Over 50% of Democrats followed Biden's request to vote by mail to avoid coronavirus exposure. Trump supporters following their leader's disdain for mail-in voting and belief that the epidemic was a hoax voted at the polls with only about 30% voting by mail. Thus we saw the Trump victory on election night slowly slipping away as mail-in votes were counted.

Joe Biden has not been confirmed as the winner by the college of electors. It is not wise to engage in treason by trashing the winner's votes, not allowing Republican observers to see by shoving them far enough away to miss the details of how votes for :Trump were being diverted to Biden. Your arguments have already been bounced by many Federal Courts. The only thing that's going to happen is a 2 hour delay in Pence announcing Biden as the winner by EC. It's over.

Unfortunately that's not what happened on the 6th.

The trump people rioted and stormed the congress. They caused the deaths of 5 people, a lot of damage and theft.

It took more than 2 hours but the congress did certify the votes and Joe Biden was declared president elect.

At least in the minds of Trump's revolutionaries, they must be considering the possibility of a successful revolution.

I think it's more likely that it's just play acting out to gain attention and nothing positive is being expected in any number of Trump's supporters. But if they number anymore than a thousand or so, there will be swift justice at the end of a gun barrel. The force of law will almost certainly be overwhelming against the revolutionaries.

America's new revolutionaries don't possess a Che or a Fidel in their ranks to lead, at least so far, and the opportunity will never be offered to them again in the way it was offered the first time.
