Unlike 2000 when there was only a few hundreds votes difference between the candidates in one state, in 2020, Biden won the closest swing states, Arizona, Nevada, Georgia, and Pennsylvania by 138,000 votes. For this election to be rigged as Trump claimed, the instigators of the fraud would have to know which of the ten possible swing states to target and how many votes to switch in each state. Given that no one has a crystal ball of such accuracy, there would have be far more than 138,000 votes switched. To have any assurance of success, more than a million votes would have to be switched in the 10 potential potential swing states. Given that all of the voting machines in these states produce either a paper ballots or a paper records, an audit would quickly reveal the fraud in each state.
Given that:
Trump's ridiculous claims of election fraud and winning the election will not serve him well in the future. History will see Trump as a poor loser, a man that could not accept his failure.
- It would be nearly impossible to perpetuate such a massive election election fraud and get away with it.
- The fact that Trump's election fraud claims have been dismissed by state and federal judges both conservative and liberal as well as the Supreme Court in 50 lawsuits.
- Trump's failure to persuade state republican legislatures and governors to set aside the election.
- All states have certified their election.
- Electoral College has met elected Biden president by 306 to 232 votes without a single faithless elector.
- A new Reuters/Ipsos opinion poll released Wednesday showed that only 5% of voter though Trump won the election.

Steny Hoyer put forth that resolution at the committee's first meeting, and for the first time in the JCCIC's history, it resulted in a 3-3 tie. The motion failed. The inauguration committee did not recognize Joe Biden and Kamala Harris as President Elect and Vice President Elect.
The 20th Amendment includes this clause:
Section 3 "the Congress may by law provide for the case wherein neither a President elect nor a Vice President elect shall have qualified, declaring who shall then act as President, or the manner in which one who is to act shall be selected, and such a person shall act accordingly until a President or Vice President shall have qualified."
We could end up in a scenario by which Donald Trump serves as "acting president" until the election issues are sorted out, no matter how many weeks or months that requires. There are still pathways open for President Trump's second term.

It's not over the top to think that a revolution in America could be supported by the police and the military. It's a very real possibility and that is substantiated if your prediction comes true. At least in the minds of Trump's revolutionaries, they must be considering the possibility of a successful revolution.
I think it's more likely that it's just play acting out to gain attention and nothing positive is being expected in any number of Trump's supporters. But if they number anymore than a thousand or so, there will be swift justice at the end of a gun barrel. The force of law will almost certainly be overwhelming against the revolutionaries.
America's new revolutionaries don't possess a Che or a Fidel in their ranks to lead, at least so far, and the opportunity will never be offered to them again in the way it was offered the first time. They had gained the seat of government and they had the opportunity to eliminate all opposition if they had the resolve to search out the hiding places of their enemy.

No he won't. There is nothing in the constitution that allows that.
There is a succession in the constitution.
President. As of noon January 20th, trump won't be president anymore.
VP. As of noon January 20th, pence won't be VP anymore.
Speaker of the Hose. As of noon January 20th, Nancy Pelosi is still Speaker of the House.
So, if the crazy republicans prevent Biden from taking office, Nancy Pelosi takes the oath of presidency as the 46th president of the United States.
