Where is the program that gives free guns? How did I miss that?SNAP laws were not passed with the requirement to collect private information for the Feds.
If the next democratic president asks the states to provide the information of all gun owners or it won’t get federal funding you right wing nuts will be up in arms.
The Fed's right to the data is in the law. Ask your masters for new talking points.Trump doesnt have the EO authority to make law. SNAP was passed by congress and its not contingent on Trump's whims. If Trump wants states to comply with his new requirement he will have to get congress to pass a law. You get that right?
It’s not. The law passed closely protects personal information and is explicit in its limitations. Feel free to read it.The Fed's right to the data is in the law. Ask your masters for new talking points.
The road was free dipshit.Where is the program that gives free guns? How did I miss that?

The law permits sharing SNAP applicant or recipient household data

Shilling magas talking about masters. You crack me up. Thank you for putting in your masters that cut taxes for the top incomes in America. The candidate I voted for lost and I got a $30,000 tax cut as a consolation from the poor magas who are so poor they wined about price increases during the largest profiteering period in America. LOL. I cant think of anything more sweet.Wow "dipshit" you don't even pretend to read the talking points your masters give you, do you?

All records, and the entire information systems in which records are contained, that are covered in subparagraph (A) shall-
(i) be made available for inspection and audit by the Secretary, subject to data and security protocols agreed to by the State agency and Secretary;
(ii) subject to subsection (e)(8), be available for review in any action filed by a household to enforce any provision of this chapter (including regulations issued under this chapter); and
(iii) be preserved for such period of not less than 3 years as may be specified in regulations.

I linked the law. It does not provide broad access to names and information. Thus the law suits. It allows very limited access. Notice he didnt link the specific section just the wall of text to the bill.LOL the fake entrepreneur got called out on the actual law and has to deflect.
Shittygator is showing how shitty he is.

The law permits sharing SNAP applicant or recipient household data in limited circumstances. Generally, SNAP data can be shared to support the administration, enforcement, and integrity of the SNAP program and other government assisted social service programs. SNAP data can also be shared to support the administration of the Child Support Program, and the Social Security Disability Insurance, and the Supplemental Security Income programs. Under limited circumstances, SNAP data can be shared for law enforcement purposes.
This is how democrats bribe voters.Feds are not entitled to personal data of Americans. If getting money for SNAP ends your right to privacy then driving on roads paid for by taxes ends your right to privacy. Whether I wanna know who has guns and what kind or you want to know who is on SNAP that is private. The states are required to follow the rules. There are audit rules in place. There is no requirement to dump all SNAP recipients into a database for the federal government to own.

He's a drone and simply repeats the talking points given to him by his masters. Of course the law requires the states to give the Feds this data.In case shittygator missed it:
When you asked to be punched in the face am I supposed to feel bad when the punch in the face hurts? Anyone voting for the GOP gets exactly what they voted for: My giant tax cuts and tariff driven cost increases paired with skyrocketing insurance premiums for poor and middle class voters.Fucked up that you find joy in the pain felt by the poor. You have to read it in conjunction with this is the section (e8) that limits disclosure of SNAP recipients’ personal information. And it is specifically cross-referenced in the paragraph you quoted (a3). It does not grant the federal government unlimited access to all individual personal data in bulk.It allows for audits of all information. You got caught bullshitting and as usual you can't admit it.
I quoted the law, nothing in your 2nd paragraph is covered by the law.
See above dipshit. He's a drone and simply repeats the talking points given to him by his masters. Of course the law requires the states to give the Feds this data.
Smart move abandoning your bullshit lie that the states don't have to provide the SNAP data and retreating to your safe place of denigrating the poor. When you asked to be punched in the face am I supposed to feel bad when the punch in the face hurts?
