Not really.
The neighborhood is upper middle class.
My nextdoor neighbor has three fireplaces and an elevator, and it was recently sold for 700K
you keep proving my point for me.
I do appreciate it.

And that is almost double the average home price for that city, thus you paid more for the good neighborhood of being on the 6th fairway.
Why yes...Compton is an amazing city...it's safe with great schools, lots of weed and porn shops.Isn't the better neighborhood always more expensive?
a brick house....i havent seen one of those in 50 years back when i lived in NY....they would crack in California....I'm about 45 minutes from the coast.
Texas has very affordable housing. The house we bought 16 years ago for 380K is now worth 500k.
We have a four car garage,it's on the golf course and of course a pool and hottub it's just shy of 5K square feet.

Are you actually suggesting Compton is the most expensive area to live in LA? Please dont tell me you are comparing Compton home prices to some midwestern rural dump's prices. Please dont tell us you are that stupid. Why yes...Compton is an amazing city...it's safe with great schools, lots of weed and porn shops.

So you're good with post 23? Hmmmm, weirdNice things tend to cost more.
Weird.
"Better" is the wrong word.Isn't the better neighborhood always more expensive?

"People' choose to live in Compton because of it's proximity to the super shithole hub that is Lost Angeles.....Lost Angeles offers the filth among us lots of options.
Shit people have to live close to shit holes offering shit jobs in abundance...That certainly doesn't make city X "better".
Ummmm, where you went wrong is when you posted, "Nice things tend to cost more."A lot of people want to be in the Los Angeles area. Hence why the prices are higher.
Where did I lose you there?
No, I didnt. For him Compton home prices seem expensive so he's being sarcastic when saying they have great schools and it's safe. If you live in LA, I'll take a wild guess here that Compton probably has the cheapest home prices in the area, assuming there isnt some gentrification going on.I think you may have missed his point.....completely
Wow for a second there I thought someone was forcing you to move there."Better" is the wrong word.
