If there were ever any evidence of a quid pro quo, it would have been in that call that Vindman said was a quid pro quo. There was no evidence of quid pro quo in that call, but you cannot let it go because Vindman got your hopes up.

At the same time, a president pressuring a foreign government, by threatening to withhold congressionally approved military aid, to investigate the son of a political rival, coordinated through his personal lawyer, is seen as acceptable.
