2013 is looking like a neutral year!!! We should be around the top 3-5 years this year.

At least if we're still warming at the same rate. This is what I'd expect if the climate system follows the enso as closes as it has for the past few decades.

We really should be within the top 5 this year as it is neutral. I'll even admit that something is fishy if we're 8th or lower.

I'm thinking we will warm up globally the second half of the year as we pull away from the nina...Remember the enso takes about 6-7 months to effect the globe fully.
