I don't want Romney to win, but I think this is a bit optimistic at this point.

Let's concede that Obama is going to win the states the Democrats have carried for the last five elections. That gives him a total of 242. Romney just even good enough to break into those.

Let's concede that Romney will take all the states that McCain took last time, and he'll take back Indiana. That's a total of 191.

That leaves 105 up for grabs. Romney has to get 79 of them, Obama only has to get 28.

Incidently, I think the summer will not be Mitt's friend. The better people get to know Mitt Romney, the less they like him.

I don't support Mitt, but it's more important to ensure that obama is out than voting for who I want Two vote for.
