“We all saw what happened on the Texas border last summer, but we need to understand that the problem is not going away,” Texas Gov. Greg Abbott told CBS’s “Face the Nation” with Bob Schieffer on Sunday.
“Already this calendar year, since January 1, we have had more than 20,000 people come across the border, apprehended, unauthorized. And so we have an ongoing problem on the border that Congress must step up and solve.”
(All told in fiscal year 2014, U.S immigration officials removed 213,719 individuals apprehended while attempting to unlawfully enter the United States.)

Does somebody realize how to deal with this illegal immigrants' problem?
Doesn't the U.S. (as capitalists) want cheap labor, something the "illegal" immigrants provide for us, which, in turn, enables higher profits? How does/would the right respond to this? For example, if our borders were completely sealed, with no immigrant workforce, how would that affect the average american's pocketbook, if at all? Is that a viable option?

How much do immigrants coming over to live here illegally really cost taxpayers?
Do other countries have these types of border problems? Why or why not?
I really want to understand all this stuff.

Moreover Obama said that he wouldn't deport anyone under the age of 21.

Tens of thousands of under-21s have been crossing the boarder every month for the last few months. They have been accompanied by about a quarter of a million over-21s who either didn't get the message or who assume that they will become Americans if their kids are given citizenship.

So here is an example I know is 100% factual since my wife actually tested the hearing of an anchor baby about 6 months ago. The baby was 4 months old with suspected hearing problems. The Mother told my wife that she had the baby prematurely while in the country illegally. Any guess what 3 months in ICU cost? Add to that fact the baby does have hearing loss so she will need tax payer provided hearing aids and therapy and who knows what. So for every plucky immigrant with 3 degrees, there are kids like these that never get mentioned.

Menerva and Donald Polish are one and the same. Both aliases and two more were all permabanned at another board for posting under four different accounts.

Just thought the info would be interesting.
