They’d already expended all their SNAP funds for January and don’t have any food. My response… “The best way to have food next week is to work this week.” None of the 3 adults in that house has a job, a valid ID or any non—governmental income.

The state would own the means of production and distribution . The social safety net that is being discussed here actually benefits capitalism because it keeps people alive and reasonably healthy until their labor is needed to enrich the ruling class and allows the employers to exploit them with low wages knowing that the state will pick up the slack.
