From what I understand the Native American Tribes police themselves on Indian reservations. States like Arizona bend over backwards to offer free legal representation to Indian Tribes with an agreement with the Arizona bar that every lawyer in the state has to contribute pro-bono defense for Indians mostly arrested for DUI. The fact that Indians seem to lack the will or the ability to assimilate into non-Indian society might be a factor in Indian unemployment. Like it or not the Indian lifestyle is a rather closed society. I wonder if wealthy casino invested Tribes are required to assist other Tribes who are less fortunate.

Sounds like you are making lame excuses the same way dead beat dads make lame excuses. You take away the native Americans means of taking care of themselves with a promise of instead of murdering them in a massacre the great white father in Washington will take care of them like his own children.
