1,500-Mile Illegal immigration..ch on DC...

The illegals have no rights in our country, all we need to do is make a couple citizen arrests on some of them. That is one way to send the Washington bureaucracy a message that we will not tolerate them any longer.

Maybe the pathway to citizenship does need to be changed. How hard is it to become a U.S. citizen? Regardless, boot the illegals and let them come back in the right way. No problemo.

Ohh... that's all you need to do alright.

All you need to do to get a punch in the face and lose all your front teeth.

And as a citizen, what gives you the right to ask for someone's identification/visa? Nothing. All you are asking for is a chance to be sued. Imagine if you try to arrest someone who turns out to be here legally. All that would do is hurt the cause of ridding the country of illegal aliens.

The illegals have the rights that the U.S. Constitution allows them - but - they have absolutely NO right to enter our country ILLEGALLY! This country has to send them a clear message that it will not be tolerated. I'm sure thus the reason why WA is backing away from legalization - no matter what the pro-illegal orgs and L. Gutierrez have to say. If this country is going to continue to brag that it's a country of laws, they are going to have to put that in practice by showing the world that WE ARE a country of laws and expect these laws to be respected!!! Deportation of those who enter illegally is the only way. If they don't want to deport the 20M plus in this country, then they should go back 25 yrs and deport those who came in AFTER the 1985 amnesty.

 They need to get their mooching unlawful asses out of our country, from the 1st illegal to the last illegal, dating as far back as we can go. Let us try to stay in their country illegally and i know for a fact, that in Mexico, they would either shoot our butts,or place us in a deportation chamber, with all the Rats and Roaches, who live there. Then God only knows what they would do next. I know, that for a fact, cause i lived in that country, for 2 long years, as a Missionary for an orphan's home. I had to go through a lot of red tape, just to stay there, for as long as i did. I saw first hand what they did to people who tried to come to their country, the way they come here. It was a vicious blood bath. As God as my witness, it was, but this damn government we have here, tries to use every method they can to avoid such deportation actions, from the Amnesty law, to the Worker's visa. They come across our borders, on a daily bases, work, and then go back to their country. This Fucked Up Government is doing nothing, but procrastinate, and avoid the issue. From our last presidents era, to the present leaders term. Our government is a total Sell out to its people. Both legal immigrants, and American citizens.TOTAL!!!!SELLOUTS!!! TO AMERICA!!!!.

I would have no problem with recalling all previous amnesties, they are what led to the debacle we are in now. Send everyone who entered this country illegally all the way back to the new immigration laws that were made in the 60's and return our immigration laws to what they were prior to that.

And before you go all "everyone is here illegally"...this country was made by people who immigrated here from Europe and some other places around the globe. We MADE this country and having MADE it we have the right to decide who gets to come and go.

The "native americans" that were here to begin with didn't have a great nation. They had a bunch of small villiages and fought with each other, even taking slaves from each other. They were for the most part, nomads... coming into an area, using up the resources and moving on...only when so many Europeans came that they were running into them did they even start to object, of course by then it was too late. The Europeans believed in owning land, building cities, the Indians didn't. We won, they lost, we even gave them treaties and many of them are now richer than most white people will ever be, what with their casinos and such. Where else in the world are people allowed to have their own country within a country? Certainly not Mexico where most of our illegals are coming from.

Well said Againsheila, well said - but - so far neither party has the guts to do what you and AmericasBrave58 has suggested and to reward those illegals who have entered since the reward of 1985 is totally unacceptable. If this happens, we will have 30+ illegals to contend with after that.

Why the fuck aren't the border patrol and other federal agents just going to arrest everyone at this "march"?

If any other wanted criminal announces they'll be at a certain place publically, wouldn't the authorties just arrest him?

What everyone misses is the fact that we don't have to deport a single illegal. All that has to happen is to enforce the laws already on the books that fines employers who hire illegals. Once Mr. Businessman has to start digging in his pocket to pay for every illegal he has, and if its more than 10 the fines really go up, he's going to lay them off and hire Americans. If the illegals don't have a job they will leave on their own. Don't believe me look at Oklahoma. They cracked down on the employers and the illegals left that State in droves. OK also cracked down on apartments where the illegals were breaking the laws by having too many living in an apartment. Most cities/States have those laws on the books as well.

"the students are pushing for the so-called pathway to citizenship for illegal immigrants who pass background checks, meet education requirements and pay necessary fees – particularly youths who were brought here by their parents and want to attend college. "

Laws are in the books that were legislated after the 1985 amnesty but never put into practice! It's ALL politics and BOTH parties are at fault for this country being in the mess it is in! It's called COWARDESS!!!

Brilliant. They should absolutely march. There will be thousands of them in the same place - the police can just arrest all of them, without having to go looking for them.

Just arrest the whole bunch and send 'em home. Works for me. They should have no rights under the Constitution, it is not their country, it is not their Constitution.

California has benefitted well from illegal aliens. Those liberal buttheads have just about ruined their State by doing all they can to make the illegal alien Mexicans feel welcomed. We need to round up all the illegals and run them out of the country. Let them walk back acoss the border and as they do, let them all know that the next time they enter this country illegally someone will have to carry them back across the border - maybe in a pine box.

These people are admitting they are here illegally, why would you need to ask them anything? Just arrest them and hand them over to the police.

Those guys were brought to America when they were 2, 5 or 8. Latin American countries are probably as foreign to them as they are to you.

And the blame must be put entirely on the US government. Had it fulfilled its obligation to deport their parents 20, 15 years ago they wouldn't be (rightfully) calling America home now.

BULLSHIT.

The blame goes to the PARENTS who brought their children to this country illegally.

Maybe THEY should have thought about the consequencesw FOR THEIR CHILDREN?

I know if *I* break the law, my American children will suffer. They could end up in foster care, or living with relatives they don't know, and have to leave their friends and home and school. THEY WILL SUFFER for MY mistakes.

That's what happens to children when their parents BREAK the LAW.

Why don't you Mestizo bastards understand that?

Huh, fuckwad?

Fair enough, Jeny.

Their parents broke the law and your EMPLOYEE (THE US GOVERNMENT) failed to uphold it being guilty of dereliction of duty.
