No this isn't like the days of Hitler, it's just the imaginations of those who don't realize the rights to a free press being shut down.
They'll be coming after your little news sites as well , it is pathetic that radical leftist can't see that all the news that " are lying" are the ones not having the fingers pointed at them because they are the corporate controlled traitors and slaves to the elites. No they aren't.

Terms of service are opt-in, as in conditions that you agree to when you want to use a privately owned service. They are no different than a pizza place with a "no shoes no service" sign out front, you are free to not wear shoes and not enter that pizza place or you can try to find a different place to eat that doesn't have restrictions on footwear. Your only risk of punishment is them not providing the service, which in this case is no pizza for you.

Laws apply to everyone as a system of rules for society/community. For example, there is a federal law prohibiting discriminate against an employee or applicant on the basis of his or her race, color, religion, or gender. You cannot opt-out just because you own a private business and are doing the hiring, and you can be penalized for failure to comply.

Furthermore whether you think a TOS is right or justified is irrelevant. You are free to choose another service like Vimeo, LiveLeak, DailyMotion, Metacade, whatever go ahead and shop around for a service with TOS you find acceptable. You hold no rights to demand someone else who sets the TOS for their service change them to suit you, they can change it so only videos of giraffes are allowed if they wanted.

Either way I look forward to seeing you practice what you preach and lead the boycott against youtube. Given youtube is one of the primary sources of information exchange among conspiracy theorist types like you I'm a wee bit skeptical you'll follow your own call to boycott.
