The Bass has found that when people work out to certain songs they perform better, so what songs do most USMB members listen to when they work out? Please don't say Eye of the Tiger because that song does *NOT* help people work out and its too damn old.

You mus be crazy, a song has to be motivational or build up energy for the Bass to work out to it.

I like Moon Baby by Godsmack

Particularly for the line that repeats

    Tolerance. Tolerance of pain.

    And we can't have weakness.

In general I like very hard very fast music to work out to.

Anything on Seether's Disclaimer II album.
Metallica stuff, names Enter Sandman <-- that's an awesome build-up.

    And hate-core:

Section 8 - Broken Glass Memories <--that song goes hard as fuck.
