Didn't you read the complaints in the OP? The worst impulses in men are more easily met today than ever before, and it's easier for them to treat women as nothing more than sexual objects.

That all depends on the man and the woman, I would say.

On an individual basis, absolutely. In the aggregate, however, it used to be that a man on a date with a woman did NOT expect to meet her somewhere, get drunk, and wind up fleeing her place after a fumble in the dark. He expected to pursue her for a while until she felt comfortable with him, and in many cases, put a ring on her finger before getting sex. Today, (it appears to me) that a man who doesn't get sex from a woman after the third date thinks something is seriously wrong and is likely to bail. Then women complain that there are no good men left. That's why I say that men won the sexual revolution. They get to indulge their base instincts much more often.
