Windows 10 and bluetooth

Its installed, and I can pair to phones and tablets, but can't send photos to computer but can send photos from computer to phone.

The phones have Version 2 and the Bluetooth in 10 is 1704 V.4.0 + HS.

So is the reason our phones are version 2 and the Bluetooth is V.4 the issue. Had no problems in 8.1 .

Anyone else with this problem? and know the fix?

No but you can text the photos to your email as a workaround.

Thank you , but I don't text. I only carry my phone for emergencies. I do like to take a quick pic and download it though.

I have read many people have a problem with windows 10 and Bluetooth, their mice, headphones, keyboard, etc won't work , its just nice to have Bluetooth, am I asking for too much? I think so.
