Irrational? Eight thousand people are infected with the Ebola disease and presently 1300 have passports or visas to come to the US, as did Thomas Duncan. You know, the one that has infected two nurses, one of which just infected her boyfriend.

We have a media crewman infected and back in the states without proper protocol on behaviopr and suiting for dealing with patients and hazardous materials, as said by the CDC spokesman. No real cure. He apologizes. Not real irrational.

We haven't reached the panic stages. But why not close the entry from West Africa and stop the chance? Is that too much to ask? It's not out of the question for other countries...just what makes the US not vulnerable?

We are still with in the 21 (or 42) day quarantine stage. We still have that waiting period from people on flights, in waiting rooms and patients treated by the infected nurses not to mention their family and friends.....no worries...right?
